Backside is Clean

Not many of this particular Spatz Bottling Company Receipt exist today. Especially with the printed graphics.
It originated from Mr. Johnson's Grocery Store in Cementon, New York. As you can see, it was printed for the 1940s era, and used until the early 1950s. This is dated 1954. Below I include a borrowed photograph of the Spatz Bottling Company, when it was on Cross Street in Saugerties. In their beginning times. Later they moved to Ulster Avenue. As time allows, history will be shared here as well. Known for our Famed Now & Then Fades, the photograph below will take you to the Cross Street Bottling Co., with horse and carriage delivery.

"The A.C. Spatz Bottling Works was established in the year 1888. They bottled a variety of products through the years. Starting with mineral and flavored waters, and around the 1911 era, they marketed lemon and vanilla extracts.
Also marketing household ammonia and laundry blue.
A.C. Spatz used the horse and wagon you see here, to deliver their beverages all through the local Catskill Mountains.
Frederick W. Schneider was Propietor during this era."
