Coca-Cola Checks, Letterheads, Receipts, Bill Heads, Envelopes and More

A small blurb about Coca-Cola paper. It's the Most Under-Sold History. Most view these Gems of Coke's past as nothing more than a piece of paper. That kind of thinking is wrong. There are many times when a piece of the puzzle is fit into the map of history, just because of a so called piece of paper. This blurb will be continued at a later time, because it does get in-depth.

Quite the Rare piece of Coca-Cola history. Printed for the decade of 1910-1919, when straight side bottles were still being used.
This is actually a Specimen Check. As far as known, this particular series hasn't been put into production. It was once adhered to the Printer's information. We can still see remnants of Lithography Department adhered to backside. The actual check, up to the perforation line, where it would have been taken out, is in nice condition. Having a obvious fold crease and some age browning/toning. Mostly apparent on reverse. The colors are Nice and Vibrant. There are fold and other creases apparent.

We can search all day, and never find one of these available.
Actually Coca-Cola checks that depict the straight side bottle, are quite rare to find. This piece is for the serious Coca Cola History Collector. It's without doubt, a piece that needs to be framed and displayed in a museum setting.

A bit of borrowed history about the St. Pete Coke Co. & Sunken Gardens in Saint Petersburg;
"The Gardens include a large building originally known as the Sanitary Public Market, first constructed in 1926-27, and designed by architect Albert Lee Hawes. It was a Mediterranean Revival style arcade with twin Moorish towers, cast stone trim, and a tile roof. In 1940, it was converted for use as the Coca-Cola Bottling Company, and restyled in Art Moderne."
